Phone Scam Warning!

If you received a phone call from a company claiming to be Magnify CU, it is a phone scam.

The message or person may say something similar to “your visa card from Magnify Credit Union is invalid; you need to enter the account number and pin number to re-activate”. If you get a message or call like this, it is not from Magnify.

Remember, we will never initiate a call and request your personal information. This scam is asking for debit card numbers and information. Do not give them your card information. If you have responded to this phone scam call us at once or stop by one of our offices. If you are unsure about who has called, emailed or otherwise asked for personal identifying information do not respond to them.
